Easy Home Cheese Making Workshops:  Gourmet Feta, Mascarpone, Sour Cream & Yoghurt

gift vouchers availableTake control of knowing what’s in some of your favourite cheeses by learning how to make them yourself.

In this workshop, you will learn how to make an incredible 4 products: Gourmet Fetta Cheese, Mascarpone Cheese, Sour Cream and home made Yoghurt.

You will have the opportunity of tasting some yummy cheeses whilst here and you will take home approx 1kg of Gourmet Fetta and a container of sour cream and Mascarpone.

You will need to bring an apron and a cooler bag/eski to take your products home.

There is a minimum of 12 people in each workshop for them to run. Offsite cost is $75 per person. You will take home approximately 1kg Gourmet Feta Cheese, Sour Cream and Mascarpone Cheese.

Cost: $75 per person and $85 for Melbourne workshops (rug up these courses are held outside but are under cover) .

Maximum: There is a maximum limit of 15 people in each class.
