1 cauliflower cut into small florets
1 cup plain flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp powdered turmeric
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp nutritional yeast (soy sauce may be substituted)
¼ cup milk
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Dip cauliflower in milk, and then roll pieces into dry mixture and place on tray.
Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in oven at 180 degrees until soft and golden.
Serve with mayonnaise or dipping sauce.
